Mountain Vista Senior Living Comunity held an Open House for its Memory Care Center on Wednesday, March 9 from 3:00 -5:00 p.m.

Open house guests were encouraged to tour the recently completed Memory Care Center and visit with staff. The new Memory Care Center includes private suites, dining room, activity center, living room, library/computer area and beautiful courtyard – all catering to the needs of memory care residents.

Guests were also able to see our new private resident rooms that include a private bathroom with a walk in shower. These newly designed private rooms offer the comforts of home yet provide the care necessary for those with memory issues.

“Our new Memory Care Center has 22 private suites, which is a good size and enables residents to become comfortable with their surroundings and other residents,” states Mary Sawyer-Winters, Mountain Vista’s Administrator. “Our new memory care building and rehab center, along with the improvements to our traditional assisted living offer residents state-of-the-art health care at their fingertips.”

Should memory care residents needs change over time Mountain Vista also offers a complete Health Care Center. Access to the Health Care Center enables residents to move between levels of care without leaving the comfort and familiarity of the Mountain Vista community.

During the Open House guest will enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres and refreshments.
