This summer Mountain Vista is proud to be celebrating 50 years of service to the seniors of Wheat Ridge and greater Denver area. To commemorate the occasion, Mountain Vista hosted a 50th Anniversary Party and Ground-breaking on a new Assisted Living Memory Care on Saturday, August 23, with Wheat Ridge Mayor Joyce Jay and the Mountain Vista residents, families and staff. The new 14,000 square foot Assisted Living Memory Care building will offer 22 specially designed apartment homes and will be a great addition to the community that just recently opened a new, state-of-the-art Rehab Center.

Following the ground-breaking, guests, residents and staff enjoyed a 50th Anniversary County Fair-style celebration. The afternoon was will be filled with great country music, carnival food, games, cotton candy, snow cones, a petting zoo and more.
